Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Vyrl account data and connected social publishing data at any time by contacting support from the email address on your account.
What We Delete
- Your account profile and workspace metadata.
- Stored project, editor, generation, media, export, and usage data associated with your account.
- Connected social account tokens, granted scopes, token expiry, and provider account metadata.
- Publishing destinations such as YouTube channels, TikTok profiles, Facebook Pages, and Instagram accounts.
- Publish job metadata, captions, publish options, external post IDs, external post URLs, errors, and stored OAuth-derived analytics.
How To Request Deletion
Email support@vyrl.pro with the subject line "Vyrl data deletion request". We will verify account ownership and process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, billing records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
Connected Social Accounts
You can also revoke Vyrl's access directly in each connected platform's account settings. For Google and YouTube, you can revoke access from Google security settings. After verified deletion or revocation, Vyrl deletes or makes unusable stored OAuth tokens and related connected-account data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute reasons.
