Subscriptions

Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage billing in the Stripe customer portal. Billing, subscription, refund, and tax handling may be provided by Stripe and its processors.

Content And Publishing

You are solely responsible for reviewing videos, captions, titles, visibility settings, AI-content disclosures, rights clearances, and compliance obligations before exporting or publishing content through Vyrl.

If you connect a social account, you authorize Vyrl to take the actions you request for that account, such as listing available publishing destinations, uploading or publishing selected videos and captions, checking publish status, and retrieving analytics where the connected platform allows it.

Third-Party Platforms

Connected platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Meta, and Instagram, are third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, developer policies, and community guidelines. You agree to comply with those requirements, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Vyrl does not control third-party platforms and does not guarantee that any platform will accept, publish, distribute, keep available, monetize, or report analytics for submitted content. A platform may reject, remove, restrict, or change content or analytics according to its own rules.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Vyrl for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, deception, harassment, infringement, unauthorized data collection, platform policy evasion, or content that violates third-party rights or applicable platform rules.

Connected Account Access

You may revoke Vyrl's access to connected social accounts through the relevant third-party account settings. Revoking access may prevent Vyrl from publishing content, showing connected destinations, or retrieving analytics for that account.

Vyrl is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free publishing, third-party platform availability, or that outputs will always match user expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vyrl is not responsible for third-party platform actions, rejected uploads, removed posts, analytics changes, account restrictions, or consequences of content you choose to publish.
